Whatever's stuck, hand it over
The admin that’s piling up, the tech that’s confusing, the job that’s been half-finished for months. Bring it to me and I’ll get it sorted.
What I help with
Virtual assistant and tech support for small business owners, coaches and consultants. Most people need a bit of both.
Admin & organisation
Inbox, diary, files and paperwork kept under control, and the day-to-day admin that quietly stacks up taken off your list.
Client follow-up
Chasing what’s outstanding with clients and suppliers, sending confirmations and reminders, and closing the loops that go quiet.
Email marketing
Newsletters and campaigns in MailerLite, Mailchimp or Kit, with branded templates, tidy lists and connected signup forms. Automations are tested before anything goes out.
Systems & automations
Business systems, trackers, forms and spreadsheets that people actually trust. If a job is done by hand thirty times a month, I’ll automate it once in Make.com.
Websites & updates
Website design and build, plus changes to the site you already have in WordPress and Elementor: page edits, new content and overdue fixes.
Tech troubleshooting
Broken forms, lost logins, domains, DNS, email deliverability, Google Workspace and Zoom, worked out and sorted without you needing to understand it first.
I use AI and automation where they genuinely save time, while remaining personally responsible for the work.
The jobs people actually bring me
Not everything fits a tidy service list. These are the jobs that turn up most, and the ones I enjoy most.
“It used to work and now it doesn’t”
The enquiry form that stopped sending, or the newsletter now landing in spam. Something changed, and enquiries are going missing.
“I started it and never finished”
The half-built mailing list, the page still showing last year’s prices, the system you set up in January. I pick it up and finish it.
“I do this every week and I hate it”
The same copying between tools, the same reminder email, the same list rebuilt by hand. If it can be automated, I’ll tell you and set it up.
“I don’t even know what to ask for”
Something isn’t working, but you don’t know what it’s called or who fixes it. Describe it in your own words and I’ll work out the rest.
How we can work together
Support can be hourly, ongoing or quoted as a fixed-price project when the scope is clear. We start with a short conversation, agree what is included and decide the simplest way to work together.
